Contract and Collaborative Research and Development, Commercialization through Licensing or Business Partnership We have succcessfully partnered with two companies using the following model * Assessment of client's needs * Feasibility study on the cost share basis with the customer * Customization: the chemical formulation, process, and concentrations are optimized to meet product performance criteria * An application specific license agreement or mutually acceptable alternative business agreement, alternatively ICET could be the exclusive supplier of the antimicrobials for a specific application
